An employee's request is approved by their business's admin; a business admin's request by the Rakiify team. Requests are completed within 30 days.
நீக்கப்படுபவை / Deleted
- பெயர், கைபேசி எண், மின்னஞ்சல், முகவரி, ஆதார் எண், புகைப்படம், PIN
Name, phone number, email, address, Aadhaar number, photo and PIN
- உள்நுழைவு — கணக்கில் மீண்டும் நுழைய முடியாது
Login access — the account can no longer be signed in to
வைத்திருக்கப்படுபவை / Kept
- நீங்கள் பதிவு செய்த பில்கள், ரசீதுகள், வசூல் விவரங்கள் — வணிகத்தின் கணக்குப் பதிவுகள்; வரி சட்டப்படி 6 ஆண்டுகள் வரை, உங்கள் பெயர் இல்லாமல் ("நீக்கப்பட்ட கணக்கு").
Bills, receipts and collections you entered are the business's accounting records. They are kept for up to 6 years as tax law requires, no longer showing your name ("deleted account").
