- Rakiify என்பது விநியோக வணிகங்களுக்கான பில்லிங் செயலி. வணிகத்தின் நிர்வாகி உருவாக்கும் கணக்குகள் மூலம் மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்த முடியும்.
- பில்கள், ரசீதுகள், கடைகள், பணியாளர் விவரங்கள் — செயலி வேலை செய்ய தேவையானவை மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
- விளம்பரங்கள் இல்லை. உங்கள் தரவு விற்கப்படுவதில்லை.
- இருப்பிடம், புகைப்படம், தொடர்புகள், Bluetooth — நீங்கள் அந்த செயலைச் செய்யும் போது மட்டுமே பயன்படும்.

1. Who we are
Rakiify is a billing, order and collection app for distribution businesses, developed and operated by Rakesh ("we", "us"). Contact: rkhrakesh96@gmail.com.
Rakiify is used by businesses. Each business (the "vendor") creates accounts for its admins and employees; there is no public sign-up. The business decides what records it keeps in Rakiify, and we process that data on its behalf to provide the service.
2. Data we collect

We do not collect data for advertising, and the app contains no ads or third-party analytics.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only:
- Within your business: the business's admins can see the records its users enter. Businesses cannot see each other's data.
- SMS provider: for a password reset, your phone number and a one-time code are sent to our SMS gateway provider to deliver the text message.
- Google Drive (optional): if a business admin connects Google Drive, backups of that business's data are saved to the business's own Drive, using access limited to files the app creates.
- When you share: sending a bill by WhatsApp or another app happens only when you tap share; that app's own privacy policy applies.
- Hosting: data is stored on a server we rent from a hosting provider.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Storage, retention and security
- Data is stored on our server, and some of it is cached on your phone so the app works with a weak connection. The cache is cleared when you log out.
- Access is limited by account: every request is checked against the user's business and role, and passwords are stored hashed.
- Account details are kept while the account is active. Bills, receipts and payment records are the business's accounting records and are kept for as long as the business uses Rakiify and as tax law requires (up to 6 years).
5. Deleting your account
Request deletion in the app (Profile → கணக்கை நீக்கக் கோரிக்கை) or without the app at /delete-account. An employee's request is approved by their business's admin; other requests by us. Requests are completed within 30 days.
On deletion we remove your name, phone number, email, address, Aadhaar number, photo and PIN, and end your login. Bills and receipts you entered remain in the business's records without your name.
6. Your rights
You can view and update your name and photo in the app, ask your business admin to correct other details, or email us to access, correct or delete your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Rakiify is a business tool for adults and is not meant for children under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
