Route by route, in shop order, today's amount and old dues print with the date, advances already deducted. The figures stay the same all day as money comes in; only a new bill changes them.
Tap the products and the shop's own price fills in. Print the receipt on a 58mm Bluetooth printer, or send it to the shop's WhatsApp.
Cash, UPI or bank — the amount is recorded on the spot. If less than the bill is paid, the rest becomes dues; if more, the extra becomes an advance, and both are adjusted on the next bill automatically.
From home, the Live Status screen shows which shops have been delivered and which are still pending. Every cancellation, edit and price change is logged with who did it and when.
Record the returns and taken − sold − left = difference is worked out automatically. Seen by product and by employee, any shortage shows up immediately.

Yes. Set a general price for each product and a separate price only for the shops that need one. The shop's price fills in automatically when you bill.
Every bill and payment is saved with the date, time and the name of whoever entered it. The shop ledger report lists all of that shop's bills and payments in order.
You can edit the bill, or cancel it with a reason. Every edit and cancellation is recorded in the reports with who did it and when.
The admin can disable that employee in one tap, after which they can no longer sign in. The bills and payments they entered stay as they are, and their route can be given to another employee.
With “இருப்பு இறக்குமதி” (opening balance import), you load every shop's old dues from an Excel file in one go.
The whole app is in Tamil, with large pictures. Each employee sees only the menus they need, so most pick it up in a day or two.
